For Phuket and the wider Andaman coast (Krabi and the Phi Phi Islands), the best window is roughly November to April, when the sea is calm and the skies are clear; the wetter months run about May to October. It depends on your nationality, and Thailand revised its entry rules in 2026, so always confirm before you book. Many travelers, including most Gulf and GCC nationals, can enter under a visa exemption or through Thailand's e-Visa system. Separately, every arriving visitor must now complete the free online Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), generally within 72 hours before arrival, which replaced the old paper form. Check the official Thai e-Visa and immigration websites, or ask us to confirm the current rules for your passport.
