Each hotel rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown clearly before you pay and applied at booking. Most rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; non-refundable rates are marked as such. The policy shown at the time of booking always governs.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the package start date. Within the final 48 hours, a cancellation charge may apply.

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the service time. Within the final 12 hours, the service may be charged.
