Terms of Service

Seen Travels is a brand of BOOKING IN GROUP, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB under number 11824, based in Fatih, Istanbul, Türkiye. We arrange hotels, flights, airport transfers, programs and day trips in Türkiye, Egypt and Thailand, and online hotel booking worldwide.

A booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation (e-mail, WhatsApp or the confirmation page on the website). Prices are shown with their currency; hotel and flight prices come live from the booking system and can change until the moment of confirmation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates and contact details you give us.

The payment method for each service is shown at booking time: pay on arrival where offered, online payment through an encrypted payment provider, or bank transfer. We do not store your card details on our servers. Some bookings are non-refundable under the supplier's conditions, which are shown before confirmation.

The cancellation policy published on our cancellation-policy page and the supplier conditions shown before confirmation apply. Change or cancellation requests are sent in writing to [email protected] or by WhatsApp and take effect when we receive them.

We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies and others), whose services are subject to their own conditions. Passports, visas, insurance and being on time are your responsibility. We are not liable for events outside our control such as weather, strikes or decisions of authorities, and we do our best to find a suitable alternative.

We contact you through WhatsApp, e-mail, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages to serve your booking and answer your questions. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute after an attempt at amicable settlement. We may update these terms; the date is shown at the bottom of the page and an update applies to bookings made after it.
