We organise team trips, corporate retreats and official delegations to Istanbul for groups of 15 to 40 people, with the services we run every day: group hotel booking through our hotel desk, airport meet-and-greet and private transfers, a private Bosphorus yacht evening, programme days with cars and drivers, a meeting room when needed, and a coordinator who speaks Arabic and English with the group. After approval we fix the hotel, the yacht and the cars, and before arrival you receive the final schedule with driver names and the coordinator’s number. During the trip the coordinator stays with the group and settles anything on the spot.

What is the smallest group you organise?
From 15 people. Smaller groups travel as private programmes with cars and drivers.
Do you book the flights?
We arrange the hotel, the transfers and the programme in Türkiye. We can suggest a flight schedule; tickets are bought in the company’s name under the airline’s rules.
How is payment made?
Per the written proposal: a deposit to secure the hotel and the yacht, the balance before or on arrival as agreed, by bank transfer or payment link.
Do you issue a company invoice?

Which languages?
