Makkah and Madinah hotels for Umrah and Ziyarah
The Seen Travels hotel desk books Makkah and Madinah hotels for our clients from the Gulf, Iraq and the Maghreb: send your dates, the number of people and the distance you want from the Haram, and within office hours you get a written quote at today’s prices with family and connecting room options, paid by card link or as written in the quote. If you prefer to book instantly, search and pay by card in the hotel engine on our site and receive the confirmation number at once.

What we ask before quoting
- Arrival and departure dates, and whether Makkah then Madinah or the reverse
- Number of people and rooms, and whether you need family or connecting rooms
- The distance you want from the Haram (the Clock Tower area, or further with the hotel shuttle)
- Meals: breakfast only, or breakfast and dinner
- A nightly budget if you have one, so we send two or three options, not more
Good to know
Prices in Makkah and Madinah change daily and rise sharply in Ramadan, the last ten nights, the Hajj season and school holidays; a written quote holds the price until the deadline stated in it. Cancellation terms differ by hotel and appear in writing in the quote and on the payment page. We are a licensed Turkish travel agency based in Istanbul; in Makkah and Madinah our service is the hotel booking only.
We do not provide visas or the Umrah itself: the hotel only.

Makkah and Madinah hotels FAQ
Are your prices lower than the big booking sites?
We send today’s prices from the hotel suppliers with what your family actually needs (connecting rooms, a set distance from the Haram). Compare before you book; the quote is written and commits you to nothing.
Can I pay on arrival?
Makkah and Madinah hotels are mostly prepaid; the payment method is written in every quote (card link or as agreed).
Do you book hotels within walking distance of the Haram?
Yes, state the distance you want and we send options inside it; if none is available we say so plainly.
Do you organise the Umrah or the visa?
No. We book the hotel only; the Umrah and the visa go through the authorised bodies in your country.
How fast is the reply?
Within the hotel desk’s office hours (Istanbul) about one hour; online booking is instant around the clock.
Send your dates, group size and distance from the Haram, and get a written quote at today’s prices.
